Work contracts
A work contract is a type of contract under private law that covers the mutual exchange of services where one party undertakes to perform work in return for the payment of remuneration (compensation for work) by the other party to the contract (ordering party). The work contractor in this case is the party carrying out the work. As a distinction to a service contract, it is not (only) the work that is remunerated but also specifically the outcome (outcome of the work).
